firstly I highly doubt your claims to being an ex auditor, do you have any certifications you can post here to back up your claims of qualification, also would you mind explaining in detail as I know auditors love this, where it fails the test, what areas are conflictingly bad and how you see the report, maybe a little more detail on your thoughts rather than "It's over, written all over the walls I'm afraid", please explain which walls its written all over, which appropriate eveidence are you referring to to support the going concern of a company, then after telling everyone its over, you write "unless the company is in serious difficulties", you are contradicting the first part of your post, and thank you for your very first post on VEC
