“In late October 2019, the Company received a letter from its partner (WB Kasai Investments Congo) on the

Maniema Project giving notice of termination of the arrangement. Prior to receipt of this notice the Company

had intended to notify its partner of the Company’s intention to withdraw from the arrangement.

The Company is proposing to return the project to WB Kasai and terminate the existing arrangement.”
