Yep, I thought that too, but it says demo timetables were re-scheduled from end of Dec to before end of Feb. That sounds like some form of an arrangement had to already have been in place prior to end of Dec 2020. It would not have had to be re-scheduled if there was no arrangement, and that means they expected to have something to demo! That is also implicit in all of the comms so far. Demos means bums on seats and that means venue and travel arrangements would have had to have been set up. I agree that changing these would have been disruptive, but it was done in Dec and it looks like it has had to have been done again now. It can be done if travel is possible.
I would imagine that those final authorising comments would have at least have to have been glanced at before setting a dated signature to them yesterday.
Can anybody indicate when Graham Newing made his comment? Was that also yesterday?
