I wonder whether divesting Mothae plays any part in Lucapa's development plans for Merlin.

Unlikely maybe, but possible.

It is still early days in Mothae's operation and we know how quickly one special recovery can change things, but the fact that it's in early stages of operation could also be an advantage in marketing it for sale.
