If they are as incompetent as you believe then the solution in simple, in the stock market world you have two options:
1) Buy up a heap of shares to get enough clout to force change at the board level (usually looking at 10% at a minimum)
2) Sell you shares and invest elsewhere

3) Keep your shares and ineffectually whinge about it on HC
