I've always used the 'build a house' analogy when trying to placate my own concerns about KPO's progress. One more thing you can add to the house building analogy is finance. It takes about three weeks at a bare minimum for the most basic loan to get approved. Imagine working on securing $200M - with market factors constantly changing on you.

I'm not making excuses for management. I'm feeling everyone's frustration. But hopefully what's happening behind the scenes is going to be big enough and exciting enough to explain the tedious and "drawn out" process. I'll hang in here til the end of the year without complaining (I did arrive relatively late to the KPO party, so I do have a little more patience left in me). GLTAH.
