They have had more than a year to line finance up Starr. The issue is more technical they never had a working Kalina module in the first place they are only doing that now, after 6 years of complete technical inactivity as evidenced by zero deployments, zero prototypes, zero specs released etc, just ZERO, please show me where this statement is not true.
