That's obscene, NED's getting over $120,000 a year for attending a couple of meetings and drinking some coffee, and then getting all their tax deductions for NED inactivity, they should be viciously held to account for a report like this.
I'm glad I sold them all last financial year, but I'm not happy that some of my friends here have to put up with this. And they don't deserve excuses, or promises of future riches by people taking their shareholder money excessively for non-performance and an easy lifestyle.
I'd suggest that most posters here are correct - there needs to be some radical change at the top, they've become too comfortable and entrenched with their pilfering lifestyle, for little effort, and for very little shareholder reward.
This company needs to be merged with a competent professional and successful growing company who has great management and ambition, who can weed out and sell the loss making parts, cut away the dross, and promote and grow the profitable parts, otherwise this may become a 5 cent stock in a year or two.
