They never blew the registry out with a huge cap raise. The offer of 1 for 9 minimises dilution for existing holders. The sophs etc getting in dirt cheap for half the raise was the sugar coating for new investors.... but the normal ole Joe on the street has to buy on market and thus far the price has not slid under the raise price which is good news. I've seen many that do but this clever offer meant no selling at say 2.5cents and buying at 2 cents .... you had to hold.
