With the KEZAD chemical plant designed to be hydrogen-ready, total emissions of 3.0t CO2-e/ t LCE may well be bettered.

Over the life of the project, this is great news for the environment and for LPD's credentials. LPD is already best-in-class for lepidolite converters, and will be challenging the brine projects (which do much more environmental damage than just emitting greenhouse gases) to be the best in the world.
