Hi Kanas. Have you ever heard of a tactic of giving nothing away while in negotiation. Firstly disclose how many interesed parties their are, then ensure radio silence until a deal is done.
I don't know that this occurring here, however if i was running the show, I'd be doing the same.
Just chill. The board has far greater $ invested than both you and me i suspect.
