at the time, crypto was HOT. people were paying 100k for a nft of a monkey playing poker. can't blame them for trying to pivot into that space to build a asset. obviously, as time had passed and people have come to their senses, these digital tokens have become worthless.
i would say some of the players that brokered this deal immediately started killing asr off by dumping their tnr/tnro into the bid, as they know the gold story was full of crap, even though as shareholders at the time, we were told there is a multi-million oz resource ripe for the picking.
