I’m assuming they’re one and the same - “new project/corporate transaction”? Let’s hope it drops within a reasonable time frame. This co is running on fumes so imo they need to make a move soon.
“Recapitalisation” can come in many forms but the thesis here is it will be equity swap for a project in a hot zone perhaps a JV. Anyone else care to throw a hat in the ring?
