I think you need to do some basic research before posting, according to "Details of Remuneration for the Year Ended 30 June 2023" on page 15 of the annual report, the total remuneration for NTU directors totaled $2,041,916. This includes salary and fees, other benefits, superannuation and options/share based payments.
Of note is that Nick Curtis, Bin Chi and Shane Hartwig are all executive directors and therefore their remuneration includes payments related to their executive duties. The non-exec directors that served the entire year pulled in around $106k & $114k each, not particularly outrageous IMO.
BTW, I would have thought that the resignation of the head of exploration and appointment of a new COO on the 24th August would warrant an ASX announcement...GLTAH!
