It depends if the terms of sale are FOB or CIF. Regardless, if a shipment is negotiated on a FOB basis and buyer assumes responsibility for shipping costs etc, naturally that will be reflected in the price offered to SYQ.
I have seen many posters on these threads assuming that SYQ will receive the full China CIF price without accounting for shipping. Are you suggesting similar? That spot buyers will pay the China CIF price but on FOB terms?
