Honestly have no idea why you think that PLL owed SYA at June 30th and that it is hidden in inventories.
No outstanding cash calls at June 30th means PLL was not behind on their contributions as you previously tried to claim.
When SYQ needs cash, both SYA and PLL pay in. Capital calls are meant to ensure that there is always an appropriate level of liquidity in the JV - ahead of time.
When the quarterly report came out you tried to claim it was SOQUEM that had been paying in and that PLL had to be behind. Now there is concrete proof you try to claim its hidden in inventory. Smh. I wonder what will be the next accounting claim.
