    Just so we have some facts around here, even the increased salary of $672,000pa is actually significantly below the average ASX base salary amazingly enough:

    "A survey of executive remuneration last month by the Governance Institute of Australia, found that average fixed pay for ASX 200 chief executives – that is, pay before bonuses – rose 15 per cent to $1.14 million in the 2022-23 financial year compared with the prior year."


    Yes, that's right, the average ASX CEO salary before bonuses etc is $1,140,000 a year.

    Stop making out the Sayona CEO is paid some kind of crazy amount, you sound like children.



    Brett's 10m share grab at the EGM is a slightly different matter, it would be totally normal sum as a bonus for what he achieved with Sayona during his tenure, however the fact it was done retrospectively is what made it totally abnormal and unpopular.

    Gets facts straight RC you talk utter BS.
