Good post Mac, glad your Irish coffee didn't explode whilst you were typing haha! I think it is just a retirement lifestyle company to raise more money and pay debt! Wash rinse repeat! The longer you drag it out the better your 12% interest looks. $140k Pa oh and funded by shareholders! I would be happy to get 12% on my money wouldn't you! Not sure if they will raise any money in the next cap raise a s they seem to have lost all momentum now.
