    The Board continues to monitor the situation and actively defends these claims in various court cases as alluded to in
    the corporate overview section of this report.The Company is fully compliant with the DRC law and Mining Code and is in possession of all favourable opinions as issued by the government departments to convert its exploration licence to an operating permit

    2024 is our year. Lets do this!
