If I remember rightly, the word used to describe the load was "non-recourse" . Sounds to me like they could just delay payment, but they'd probably be sued and Lotus would stop mining. I doubt that would happen though as Lotus has been working with KCN for many many years. They would likely renegotiate the loan. The sooner that gets announced the better.
