Yes. I believe that the fundamental value of the company will ultimately be reflected in the share price, which is temporarily damaged by management's inability to raise the necessary finance timely. Meanwhile, the probability of a takeover offer has increased substantially because management has failed to get its act together on the financing front, and untimely rewarded itself with a hefty bonus. That bonus could have paid for good professional advice on how to have had proper finance in place. There would have been with plenty of change leftover too.
