You don't understand how corporate reports work..
'State of the Nation' may include things subsequent including the factors pointed out but the auditor can only take into account the facts presented at the time. The final report we read includes the auditors analysis of the facts presented up to June 30.
Others have commented which is absolutely factual.. each quarterly now holds more weight than this report.
