Fairly standard clause about 'Going Concern' - firstly we need the agreement from Nucharee to extend the loan repayment date for a year - you would have to think that is forthcoming but she might be waiting to see if they're successful in getting Thai Bank loans first or it would be a condition from the banks for her to extend her loans as they wouldn't want their money used to repay her.
And the Thai Banks would want to see these audited accounts before signing off on their loans.
I wouldn't be hanging out for a sale of Nueva Esperanza - it'll be a bonus if it happens anytime soon.
I can't see them slowing down on the refurb of Plant#1 and will still be very surprised if another CR is necessary.
You have to realise the full year accounts include that first nine month period of costs, costs and more costs - if you look at the latest quarterly(Q4) cashflow report you should be able to see it's trading profitably - it's also interesting to see that there is $3.3mil in gold bullion included in inventories and that the total revenue from the production of 9705 ozs of gold and 112097 ozs of silver is A$27.337mil after adding back the royalty expense and including the above gold bullion.
I don't expect to see any dramatic movement in the share price on Monday but will be waiting in the wings if there is a knee jerk re-action.
