it looks like revenue and any profit from mining services JV won't show in alara reports due to minority interest in the JV.
it is stated that the mine JV owes 20.8m AUD to Alara, to be paid out of future profits, perhaps offset by about 0.8m (loan to the JV from related parties).
that's 20,000,000 AUD
