your comments duly noted. I was pleased when the end of year accounts were published. Its obvious the company and its shareholders are well and truly stuffed. When the former CEO used the words company maker in an announcement re the California up the creek transaction I thought oh oh! dont like the sound of this given the amount of debt required. Should have sold my shares then but opted to wait for the full accounts. Big mistake but lesson learned. Given the auditors report I cant see the company being relisted without a substantial injection of funds. They wont be getting any of my money as I believe what has happened is IMO terminal.
