I sold a small parcel a couple of weeks ago. My intention was a hedge if the div was not as expected or to buy back ex div. The final option floating around is to load it into WHC as I have twice as much YAL over WHC. Regardless, the Divs on YAL are extraordinary. Its comforting to know they have enough cash to keep me in this wonderful lifestyle for at least the next 12 months.
