The problem is they have no idea when milestones are going to be hit. They have put out timelines previously and none of them have been met.

Their approach is now to be as vague as possible, so they don't get a million emails when something doesn't come in on time. Which is essentially killing the share price, because no one knows what's going on.

Neil has said they are waiting for an offer to be made, and he has no control over the internal decision making of the companies they are trying to work with.
So we just sit and wait, and hope that something is actually going to happen.
