    I thought tgey said they thought maybe it was that. Doesnt seem right tho as it appears actual cash held has gone from 25 mil to 18 ish?? Around 7 million has gone somewhere? Obviously i could just be reading things wrong but it seems like a real movement of cash not just an accounting adjustment?
