On remuneration of key people:

The figure above contains termination lump sumps (1.7M) as the key people shrank.

Board: Jeff Miciulis and Kerrie Parker retired. They were earning 80K each in 2023
Managing director and CEO Charlie McLeish -> change to non exec director (2023 earned 550K salary + 89K)
Neil Godara CFO retired (2023 earned 300K salary + 35K)

I guess we will hire CEO and CFO at some point

But for now we have 2x Non exec directors (Fred Harrison and Charlie McLeish) at 80K (maybe the ex-ceo will get paid more?) each and chairman at 130K.
