Interestingly, In addition to the 316,457 entitlement shares Mr Mizikovsky will take from his existing holdings, he only needs another 161,752 shares (given up by other shareholders) to achieve a 50% ownership in this company. Mostly likely this will happen unless the share price goes up from today's level and stays above $3.65 until 11 April.
