As their investment philosophy suggests, they have clearly rotated into businesses that are producing substantial free cash flow, and that free cash flow is being generated now, not in 10 years time.
I was always concerned when they got into stocks such as 360 and others that Karl had departed from their cashflow philosophy. Cash will be king in this rising interest rate environment, and this is evidenced by recent drops in most high P/Cashflow businesses.
I like the nimble transition to mining and energy businesses!
