gives a good origin story. They reaped ~$42M at float circa 2014 about him staying in the company for another 8-10 years..... So if there is no succession plan then maybe that will be the case.
See they had a rough time soon after the float with shares falling 80-90% in 18 months, subsequent Class Action which they settled out of court with minimal impact to their bottom line (?? insurance covered?).
Actually Andrew is doing his own thing after 15 years working for the family business.
