Sorry mate but this isn't true at all, the writing has been on the wall for more than a year for PAN, their cost of production is just too high. The "bad luck" sped up the need to raise but it was always a highly probable outcome, if it was just "bad luck" the market wouldn't be demanding a raise at 5c!!!
