I've been in a similar situation for another mining stock and I held on until the only value came in the form of a tax break... Unfortunately the company has now been suspended from trading and it is unknown if the company will even stay alive let alone recommence trading to salvage the few pennies it has left to give back to me.

I wouldn't beat yourself up over an investment gone wrong. Just make a decision and stick by it - for me I'd trust my gut instinct, its usually the right call.
