I looked up Canaccord Genuity adding 'complaints' IMO I didn't particularly like what I saw, yes only 1 person but the theme opportunistic comes through.
Disclaimer: this is not advice to do anything but sometime you just need to check the people who are the underwriters and their reputation means a lot in determining whether I pull out or stay!
