PRX last had a rights in November 2018, a 1 for 4 at 8.2 cents I don't think many retail investors took it up, fortunately, as it turned out. I was able to buy several parcels in December of that year at well below that issue price. Perhaps the company decided not to risk a low take up by retail holders again.
