Hi Mick,
Good find. I know you are frustrated with the raising and timing etc but I believe bigger things are about to happen. You are a big supporter of the company with a constant buy sentiment but sometimes it is very easy to loose sight of the forrest because of the trees.

The hint of things to come for me was in the release, quote 'other strategic incentives associated with the Maricunga Joint Venture'.

This suggests to me that they may take up the right of first refusal to buy out our Chilean partner with either script/cash or combination of both. If and when the mentioned MOU with the Chinese takes place with funding and debt to develop production facilities and our holding in MSB is 83% it won't be a $1 party but $2-3.

I don't believe all the tails were going to be exercised and this would have left a shortfall so I can see the company's position moving forward. These are just my thoughts but happy to read others....cheers.
