DC and the team made a masterstroke move by raising when they did in Dec. They were aware of an approximate timeline for the BAM study and knew that if they had not raised then, they would have had to do so now, but at a significant discount due to shareholder impatience and the macro environment. However, because they made the decision to raise funds earlier, they can now begin procurement of long lead items. Great move DC.
