Agree with their thinking but they had plenty of cash to start the ball rolling and the positivity shown would have had us in a position of a higher sp, Big picture is all that counts at the end of the day but less dilution would have been good. Just as well most of us are long termers because there may be a bit of pain until the new shares wash through, mainly the Sophs that certainly would have been given a heads up, this was not planned in a day.
