As to the $3.5 million I would suggest it is being extinguished at a prodigious rate and as to the previous fund raising I would suggest it was very poor judgement by the directors a and management not to have raised the money when they had the opportunity.
Instead it was kept tight and low and the subscribers to that fundraising have creamed it and moved on. Dogs may bark but the caravan moves on! A Persian saying that means the lowly may criticize and complain, but that doesn't stop the flow of events as determined by those of worth.
