I think someone that wanted a lot of shares was hanging around for months watching the share price and volume when they saw the opportunity they started buying. As for the seller I am pretty sure we know why they decided to sell. Blind Charlie could tell CXU had to do a cap raise and they assume that they would get a change to buy back in at around 0.6 so they would make a quick killing. The issue blew up when they realized unless you were a shareholder you weren't to be included in the cap raise. To say they were pissed would be a understatement. Who purchased the shares will prove more interesting, if the buyer is hanging just under the 5% then they won't be able to take up overs because it could result in people finding out who they are. Don't lose focus that while CXU share price is down it still has brilliant assets and at some point in time people will realize that.
