I can see few folks trying to sway people into participating in a raise. That was a desperate move. Especially when this is diluted as F with a pretty bad capital structure due to options and other performance incentives. 0.008 is like a dead BOTTOM! I will not be taking ANY S.P.P but I WILL look for a future trade, especially with the possibility of a shake BELOW 0.008. No need to participate and risk a shake out as there are BUY ORDERS right now wanting to grab at a 30% premium to the capital raising. DUDS!

I took a SIGNIFICANT loss this year but thankfully I am not that mentally impaired to be bidding at a premium on the buy side when it's free money for whoever to dump into (especially if they somehow were in profit) may the lord help these careless individuals
