Some quick numbers shows value here:
Before CR: $5mil market cap (@1.1cents), 450k SOI, approx $500k in cash. Market cap 10 times cash position.
After CR: $7.2mil market cap (@0.8cents), 900k SOI, approx $4mil in cash. Market cap 1.8 times cash position.
This could still fail, but as far as risk vs reward goes, this is pretty decent. RAN make or break over the next 12months. I doubt they get a second go at this if in 12 months time they are not cash positive. Director seems pretty committed.
