I'm undecided on this..first off results were slightly better than expected. But from what i can see this cap raise is merely going towards funding projects that were apparently self sufficient. There is no talk about JARE taking a slice, nor is there any commentary around the DOD contract. This looks like lynas just want to fund bau projects with shareholder and institutional capital.
