i agree with you there, but they are the ones with the all the information, and they get it right more times than not... so i'm happy trust in them until they show me cause otherwise.

probably not, not many would, not even companies, yet you expect them too spend extra cash to make shareholders feel better "At the end of the day all I ask of AC/CVN is for shareholders to be treated fairly even if it means a little extra effort and cost occasionally."
this is not a game where you get a prize for coming last, and i would rather management grow our business in the best way possible, and apply/raise funds how they see fit... if it means dilution, then i will buy at market if i believe in the future value of the company.
CR's always bring out this kind of noise... it seems a little short sighted to me... but that's just my view.
