This type of raise should be outlawed imo, if raising at a discount it should always be existing shareholders get first crack prorata for shares held, institutions should only get what existing shareholders dont take up imo. I know they will need the cash etc and ultimately will be good for the company, just a big believer in rewarding those that are currently supporting the company first. My 2 bobs worth anyway
