Agree.... way to premature this CR. Now we have another 234m sellers at 30c or better. Just like the last CR at 39c never saw above that again. Even if APUS comes in these new investers (which are probably old investors been given the nod to recycle into the CR) will be sellers into any strength. That's why the SP never performs.
