I don't expect 15-20c, that wasn't my prediction, more like 5-10c after 2 more years waiting and holders just want out.
these guys have the money and patience, they can offer what they want to pay and back it up with an "independent valuation"
they can approach larger shareholders individually to ensure their proposal gets over the line
and many more tactics that I have seen and others I probably haven't thought about
