The only "crystal clear intent" I see is Ahana moving to acquire all or apart of cka as cheap as possible (which I have no problem with).
Using that logic why do you not think it is at least plausible that Ahana will try to pull a fast one. Why do you think they would "provide funding" pushing up the value of 6-10 fold only to sell it to whoever for more.
Becuase they are "good guys"?
