I don’t know if anyone read it, but I believe (incorrectly or not) it’s important to note that if Aahana as directors in Cokal and underwriters of Cokal Rights issue have increased their position, as they will most likely with shortfall shares, the company cannot have any major financial market sensitive related news completed, if Aahana are the source of any major funding.
That would constitute insider trading and be prosecutable by law. I suspect this is why we will not hear anything on finance in coming couple of months, as legally it is unable to be completed until after a blackout period of company employees and directors.
Anyone care to elaborate if they know any different?
